Weekly Service And Business Hours
Our Weekly service will be performed on the same day every week. We may need to change your service day or to move our routes due to a set back or a technician is sick, We will notify you of this change and we will work with you on rescheduling. Our Business hours are from 8 – 5 pm Monday – Friday. If there is an emergency after hours you can call and we will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. If it is not urgent we ask you to send us an email and we will respond to your email the following business day.
Dogs
If for some reason there is a dog left in the backyard that is aggressive and will not let us in we will have to reschedule. This is a liability for both of us and we would like to avoid it. Please make sure your dog is locked up inside on day of cleaning.
Holiday Dates and Billing
We will be closed the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas! This will allow our technicians to spend time with their families. There are 2 weeks out of the year that we don't charge you for that will allow us to do this.
Weather
If it is raining, thundering or lighting on your scheduled visit we will only do chemicals. We will do every thing else the following visit. We take the safety of our technicians very serious.
